The Union Marine and Fire Insurance Company...insures...Mr. James Locke of Newburyport...thirteen hundred dollars on the freight of the Ship Commodore Prebble [Preble] from Charleston South Carolina to Liverpool in England. The assured relinquish the right to abandon in case of capture seizure or restraint until condemned or until ninety days after receipt of advice of such capture seizure or restraint, and exempting the company from the payment of wages and provisions, whereof is master for this present voyage, John Odiorne
