Description

The plate is white with a red thin ring around the edge of the plate. the center of the plate has a thick banner ring with "U.S. Bicentennial" in blue lettering at the top of the ring, and the date "1776-1976" on the bottom part of the ring in red numbering. two long wreath leaves line the left and right sides of the ring banner, being colored red as well. The two seals inside of the banner ring from The College of Insurance and the Insurance Society of New York are in blue, along with the phrases "75th Anniversary" and "Insuring the Future" which is also in blue lettering. The plate is secured by four metal hooks at the cardinal positions that are connected by an interlocked metal spring
